This Christmas, I decided to purchase all of my items on their website for pickup to save time. Unfortunately, this has been a poor experience. One item was shown to be in stock and was not, so a redund would be issued in the next 5 business days. Went to pick my items home and returned home only to find out a box of winter boots was missing. Called the store and they siad the bag was there with the boots. Went back and picked it up. I made the mistake of not checking the other bags. While going through them when wrapping I noticed a jacket was missing. Made a phone call and they said my item is at the store and they forgot to bring the bag out. Currently waiting for them to find the bag and it doesn't seem like they know where it is. They said they will bring it out to me when they find it. Was found. I would avoid using the pickup service during the busy season until they have perfected their process, otherwise don't make the same mistake of trusting they put everything in my car like I did twice!
