Historically, I have just purchased bras directly online, which can be a frustrating and crappy experience. I have lost weight and desperately needed a smaller bra to fit my decreased size. I used the Lane Bryant website to figure out my measurements, and their insights helped me significantly get the right bra. Suppose I had followed what the website and many other sites shared, I would have gotten a bra that was way too big. The staff should get a raise for the exceptional service they provided me. Because of their guidance and the excellent bras Lane Bryant provides, I felt my self-esteem and confidence rise during the visit, and I looked great in the appropriate bra for my size. Every time I come in, they greet me and set up a dressing room if I need one. They always honor online prices and will do their best to help you get the best deal. Since leaving that store wearing the correct bras, I feel so much better about myself every day.

While I was picking up an online order today an older lady was arguing at the desk about an online order SHE had. The cashier who was walking it through with her was proposing solution after solution, while this lady just kept on arguing back at her and not accepting any of the options given to her. This cashier was so patient, walking her through what the issue with sizing could be and what steps they could take to correct it (mainly, getting the woman sized properly) so that she didn’t have to wait through another shipping period just to get the wrong product. Sadly I think this woman just wanted to get a refund and complain, but the staff were doing their best to give quality customer service.
