The staff were so patient and helpful with me recently as I was trying to get new bras. Historically, I have just purchased bras directly online, which can be a frustrating and crappy experience. I have lost weight and desperately needed a smaller bra to fit my decreased size. I used the Lane Bryant website to figure out my measurements, but the staff insights helped me significantly get the right bra. Suppose I had followed what the website and many other sites shared, I would have gotten a bra that was way too big. The staff should get a raise for the exceptional service they provided me. Because of their guidance and the excellent bras Lane Bryant provides, I felt my self-esteem and confidence rise during the visit, and I looked great in the appropriate bra for my size. Every time I come in, they greet me and set up a dressing room if I need one. They always honor online prices and will do their best to help you get the best deal. Since leaving that store wearing the correct bras, I feel so much better about myself every day.

The staff outnumbered the 2-3 customers on a day that I went in with my mom. She was ready to spend any dollar amount to look and feel great. NONE of the associates who passed us tried to approach or make any connection, not even a greet. Some looked or glanced our way, that was it. We were the only colored people in there, which also were the only ones who weren't being helped. So it wasn't hard to pull the 'race card', being different. I asked an associate about a product and she gave me a short answer and walked away. Told my mom I'd rather take her to Soma, where there's outstanding service and selections. Walked out and said to the two associates standing and talking - that they provided poor service, they laughed. I called and informed Corporate of my experience. Would never step foot in this location again
