  Hey for the interlock they been great! well as great as that it can be in that situation; great spot gonna get sum upgrades for the whip when I get my life on track. Always be a sober driver have a good day!

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First, this place is a car rims, speaker, accessories, etc shop! Cost $100 to get it scheduled, $400 to get installed in my car, which we did on a late Thursday evening. Park the car and don’t drive it because I needed to go to the DMV on Monday to submit the paperwork. We went to start the car Monday, did not start. Called customer service, First Lady was so uncaring and rude, and did not care what was happening to my car. Tried to blame it on everything but the device. 2nd guy was nicer, waived the removal fee due to the low cost interlock device completely drained my battery, which was something that I am now realizing is a common thing with this company device. I want it out. But then he says the said the location I had brought, car accessories shop, won’t except payments directly from Low Cost Interlock, so I would have to pay out of pocket and then submit a form for my refund, which would be another $140+tax. This device is even known for stalling your vehicle while it’s driving.

  If you end up needing an interlock, DO NOT get LCI. They do not work most of the time and you will be stuck, even if you're doing everything you're supposed to do. They have a comfort level of 2 degrees. Even in 70 degree weather (pretty common temp around the country) they will not work. Not to mention, they have the WORST customs service I've ever come across, out of any company (any company you can possible think of), ever. You'd think something so important would work correctly. Save yourself an absolute nightmare and go with anyone else. 1 star cuz I can't leave less.

  This company is truly deceiving and corrupt. They nickel and dime you like said before. You wait on hold for over an hour for any kind of support, even though, they market that they answer the phones 24/7. The devices will give you a violation if it is too cold or too hot outside. They will not help to change defective devices. I wonder who monitors the corruption this business is involved in. STAY AWAY!!!
