Updates were mixed, but the biggest problem was the sleeves were now much narrower, disproportionally for the coat size. Description of coat as insulated for 7-32 degrees F also very misleading. Return went smoothly, but you have to physically bring it to their store or they dock you $9--not the "Happy Return" as advertised. I would not buy from them again.

One of the employees took some time to show me around and also showed me items where I can get great deals. I'm a buyer and not a shopper, but got a couple of fantastic shirts that I'm very happy with. I will be back.
