  Checked out Flame & Flora for their grand opening today. Gotta give credit where it’s due, the staff was super friendly, welcoming, and you could tell everyone was excited. The energy and vibes were great, especially for opening day. That said… I picked up their Dark Rainbow #1 and it was honestly a big letdown. The quality just wasn’t there. It was mostly leafy, poorly trimmed, and felt rushed, not what you expect when trying a shop for the first time, especially on launch day. Hoping this was just an opening-day miss, because with how solid the experience was otherwise, I’d expect the product to match. Right now though, it just didn’t live up to the hype I was hoping for.

  Great spot, immaculate interior, amazing staff, fairest prices in the Twin Cities area. Trace was very patient and helpful, so were the floor and deli staff. Highly recommend checking out! If you’re on the hunt for the best dispensary in town this is it.

  The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They take their time to educate and actually get to know your experience and what you're looking for. Products are sorted for flavor profile which is awesome. The space is absolutely beautiful. They truly have a variety of everything. You can tell this team put care into Flame and Flora!

  Flame & Flora is an exceptional dispensary! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and the atmosphere is clean and beautifully designed. Their product selection is top-quality, and the entire experience was seamless. Highly recommend :)

  Flame and Flora is amazing. I was one of the first 10 people in the door on opening day and can confidently say that this is one of the best, if not the best dispensary in the entire state. Incredible selection of product and the staff rules. Looking forward to shopping here for years to come
