His knowledge of firearms is truly impressive ,he answered every question thoroughly and explained options in a way that was easy to understand without ever being pushy. Kevin is a huge asset to Cabela’s and the kind of employee that keeps customers coming back. Card that had the QR code to submit a survey did not work and I wanted to make sure Kevin B. is recognized for his exceptional customer service.

I have plans for a trip the following weekend to use the products that I had purchased Customer service could do nothing to help me just told me I was gonna have to wait which at least I would have thought, They would offered a solution like we can give you this one to take place of the one I order. So now I’m stuck, waiting for my refund having to purchase from somewhere else unsatisfied customer will not be shopping there again
