  I initially got in contact with Katy, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She showed me a variety of ring styles and settings, really taking the time to understand what I was looking for. I shared some inspiration, and she thoughtfully pulled similar options for me to try. I especially fell in love with a vintage band she showed me. The only thing I wanted to adjust was having slightly larger side stone clusters, and she was incredibly helpful in finding options that matched that vision. She even discussed the possibility of creating something custom by combining elements from different styles, which I really appreciated. At that point, everything felt like it was going very well. However, the experience completely shifted when we were handed off to another employee, Dana, for a second opinion. From the start, her demeanor felt very dismissive and unwelcoming, which was a stark contrast to Katy’s kindness and enthusiasm. Instead of engaging with us, she simply asked what we were looking at and showed little interest in helping further. When I explained that I loved the vintage band but wanted slightly larger side stones, she responded by saying they don’t do anything like that. The way it was communicated felt abrupt and discouraging, rather than offering alternatives or trying to work with my preferences. It came across as though she didn’t want to assist us at all. What was especially disappointing was that Katy had just explained that customizations could be possible, so hearing such a firm and dismissive response from Dana was confusing and off-putting. Rather than guiding us or presenting other options, the interaction felt shut down. To make matters worse, she ended the conversation by saying, “Since you don’t love these rings, I’m not going to make you a profile,” which caught me completely off guard. I never said I didn’t like the rings—I actually liked several styles and was trying to refine what I wanted. That comment felt presumptive and dismissive. It also came across as though she was in a rush to get us out of the store and wasn’t willing to work with us, which was especially discouraging since we came in genuinely intending to purchase a ring. Overall, what started as a positive and exciting experience quickly turned into a very disappointing one. I left feeling upset and discouraged, which is not how anyone should feel when shopping for something as meaningful as a ring. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this place to others.

  I believe the Gal who assisted us was named Dana, first off loved her fashion style, secondly she was very helpful as well as attentive and respectful.

  Dana was fantastic. Listened to what I was looking for and helped me weigh all my options. I couldn’t be more excited for it to be ready for pick up.

  Do not shop here, the jewelers are absolute hacks. I have been holding off on this review for a year, but this shop sucks. The red-haired sales lady is one of the least helpful, disrespectful people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Our engagement diamond was cracked by the shop, and immediately denied. The red haired woman was embarrassing for the shop, cried on the floor when she was exposed, and provided no recourse. We had to buy a second diamond from another shop, and completely work with a new place, who have been much better. Ultimately do not trust this shop with your heirloom diamonds, they do not know what they are doing the way a real independent jeweler does.

  I'm sorry, but I don't remember the young ladies name that assisted me, the order number is 21563800. My wife and I were married for 56 years. We had new wedding rings made at Shane Co. for our 25th wedding anniversary. My wife passed 4 years ago, I lost my ring this winter, the ring is part of me, I never take it off. I wear my wife's ring on a gold chain (from Shane Co.) around my neck. I went to Shane Co. to see if I could purchase a duplicate of my ring. The lady assisting me suggested that I look at other options in case it was not available. I found an exact duplicate of my original gold wedding band purchased in 1966! She checked with the manufacture, and it could be done, but I went the alternate. It seems gold has gone up just a little since the 1990's when originally purchased. She was very knowledgable and helpful. The transaction went quickly and seamlessly. She is a tribute to excelant customer service and a great representative for Shane Co. Thank you very much!
