  Terrible returns policy and the layout/process in store was confusing. I waited in line to do a return on an item I was gifted. Apparently that line was for online order returns only. They told me to go to another person and pointed at her. I went over to the person they pointed to and she also told me she was doing online returns only and that another person would help me. Terrible return policy. Apparently they don't accept a return without some sort of proof of purchase. The item I was returning was a gift that I wasn't given a gift receipt for. No option to do a return on your license like most places for in store credit. Not sure why that is, I'd assume for concerns of theft maybe....but they let you leave with the item after unsuccessfully returning it even though you have no proof you purchased it.

But they'll let you leave with the item again without having proof of purchase...absolutely stupid policy.

  They are already out of stock on coats. What? It's only mid November! How are you already out of winter coats?!
