    I went to Macy’s (sunglasses hut) yesterday Nov 23rd. I was browsing with my brother who wanted to buy a new pair of sunglasses. I was checking the price tag with the Macy’s app. I’m a platinum card holder. The lady/ manager in charge was really disrespectful and rude and said stop scanning with the phone. Anything in store is 30% off. No matter what you see on the app this is the promotion we have going on. I was shocked! And the prices listed in store were the same on Macys website. There wasn’t much help from the other associate. When I tried to ask some questions to the associate the manager cut me off and said she’s training, “if you have any questions you come to me”, then again being extremely rude. This is not the first time that this has happened. I constantly shop at Macy’s, and aside from being a platinum card member, no one should be treated the way my brother and I were treated. Then he decided on not buying anything at Sunglasses Hut at Macy’s. I would NOT recommend this store. Since this manager has been around for a while and nothing has been done with her bad attitude.

    No idea about the three prior reviews. I came here last Sunday and the glasses I wanted were out of stock everywhere. Yolanda stepped up, and was able to get a pair shipped to this location. She went the extra mile and saved me cash and time.
