But it was a busy holiday, and after showing me the one ring I came in for, she had to order me a bigger ct version and told me to come back. Came back a week later with an appointment and the associate I got was SO MEAN. Yes, I took an hour to look and decide. But when I said I wanted to sleep on it before spending $10,000 she acted like I was the biggest waste of her time. Not paid on commission? Then act like it. I liked the shape of stone I decided on, but that was the ONLY one she offered me. No other sizes or ratios? And maybe 10 options for bands. In that price bracket, I want more options and to be sure. I’ll take my “unlimited” budget somewhere else that treats us kinder.

Deo was fantastic helping with the work for both of my rings. Ask for Dana when you go, she is super efficient and can anticipate what you'll want to look at and also compare when I browsed a bit.
