  We are writing to follow up on the message attached below, originally sent on November 10 and again on November 12 via both email and your online contact form. As we have not yet received a response, we want to ensure that our inquiry was received and is under review. Given that the matter concerns the repeated closure and reliability of an escalator regularly used by visitors, we believe it is important to understand whether any long-term maintenance or safety-related repairs are planned. Clarification on this issue would be greatly appreciated, as it relates directly to the safety and overall experience of guests. For your convenience, our original email is included below. We visit Ridgedale Mall quite often, as it is one of our regular stops for beverages. During our visits, we have consistently noticed that the escalators, particularly the one near Nordstrom, are frequently blocked off for maintenance. It has become increasingly concerning how often this occurs. The repeated closures not only cause inconvenience but also create a sense of unease and anxiety about the safety and reliability of the escalators when they are operational. We are certain that we are not the only visitors who have noticed and been affected by this ongoing issue. We would appreciate clarification regarding whether there are plans for a long-term or permanent repair. Addressing this concern would greatly improve the overall experience and confidence of those who visit the mall. Thank you for your consideration and commitment to maintaining a safe environment.

  the reason i’m giving this mall 4 stars is because of the prices. literally every store has pretty high prices but not insanely high prices. but there’s lots of cool and fun stores at this mall and the service here is wonderful! it’s a very nice, clean, friendly, and chill mall. it’s also not insanely crowded which is good!!!!

  My favorite Nordstrom in the area! Only wish they had the high end shoe department that mall of America has. The lululemon was recently remodeled it is a lot bigger and really nice now.

  I went here with a friend one day to kill some time, and it was very enjoyable. There is a wide variety of shops, and there are good restaurant options too.
