Young blonde girl and young boy were having conversations, not to pay attention to customers. I had to ask if he was customer and he said he is working they both talking and I asked are you guys busy? Because I’m waiting . They are not busy at all and I’m like you can’t handle or pay attention to customers in need what are you guys here for? Just to be a cashier? But other old lady who has short and black hair she was very nice and professional and paying attention to customers so I felt comfortable to shop here . I don’t want to come here if they are going to continue talking to each other in front of customers who need help. Because you have to pay attention to customers and if you just want to be a cashier we don’t need you . AI or self cashier will be in future . But I like this mall seems very clean and fun to look around . 5 stars for store sells Perfume, makeup products, beauty etc. Asian employees she helped me right way. And white lady who called out other employees for me because she was busy with other customers. And I appreciated it .

While I was using my phone to look up another size, the associate took it out of my hands without asking and began scrolling. When I pulled it back, she even attempted again while I was holding it. This behavior crosses clear personal boundaries. A phone is not just a shopping tool — it contains private messages, photos, and financial information. Having an associate take it without permission is invasive and unacceptable, regardless of intention. Staff should be trained to respect customer boundaries and either guide us on our own devices or use store systems instead.
