Then a new person came, they were going to find the shoes. 12 minutes they returned with the wrong shoe. Then they left to get the correct shoe, 15 minutes later I they hadn’t retuned and several other people asked me if I needed help but then said they could t help me if someone else had already begun helping me becuase “commission” so I finally just left. I will order the shoe directly from Nike. Worst customer service ever.

I wanted a specific pair of Sorels. , Nordstrom’s didn’t have them, but jocelynn took the time to find them on another store site and order them in my size. She was very knowledgeable about the different boots and the various brands which I really appreciated. She showed me other possible options before we settled on the ones we ordered. Jocelynn was very professional, very friendly and charming. I would definitely come back here to shop for shoes based on the outstanding shopping experience I had with Jocelynn!
