  Terrible returns policy and the layout/process in store was confusing. I waited in line to do a return on an item I was gifted. Apparently that line was for online order returns only. They told me to go to another person and pointed at her. I went over to the person they pointed to and she also told me she was doing online returns only and that another person would help me. Terrible return policy. Apparently they don't accept a return without some sort of proof of purchase. The item I was returning was a gift that I wasn't given a gift receipt for. No option to do a return on your license like most places for in store credit. Not sure why that is, I'd assume for concerns of theft maybe....but they let you leave with the item after unsuccessfully returning it even though you have no proof you purchased it.

  Totally waste a trip we drove an hour and 15 minutes to get here. And upon the arrival, they have a sign out front on the front door that says you can’t bring a cart in and the oil always are so narrow. You couldn’t take a stroller in if you wanted to and so I had to wait outside with my child and call in to the store after driving an hour and 15 minutes only to find out that they don’t sell children’s clothes. They only sell children’s clothes online, which, considering how much of the population of Minnesota is young families with young children, you think they would carry children’s clothes because Lands’ End sells them. They only sell them online. The price of a single flannel shirt is 59.99 and it’s super thin and flimsy. I recommend you skip this place altogether even if you’re shopping for your own clothes, just go to Cabela’s or Bass Pro and you can get really great quality stuff and you can take your kids in.
