I found 2 items that totaled about $35 and even after talking to a manager they would not honor what the sign said. Get your jewelry down the hall at Lovisa!

I was 10 min late and they said ok well come back in 2 hours so I stayed at the mall and waited only for them to call me 2 hours later to tell me their equipment broke which is most likely a lie. Because last time the excuse was they overbooked but how come they always wanna cancel/reschedule my appointment? Because I have a Groupon maybe idk but they just unprofessional and all over the place and I’m never going there again because it’s just too much getting ready and getting my baby ready for our Christmas pics getting my hair done paying all this money to prep for the photoshoot and then being told that I have to reschedule to next week and this not the first time this the second time this location did this to me. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE !! Roseville is better. Went to Roseville twice and didn’t have any issues and the photos turned out amazing.

It took 30minutes to return a standard watch and went up and down from customer service to jewelry counter multiple times. Their policy allowed us to return it but the staff refused at the jewelery counter and were very dismissive about it. Finally customer service graciously returned it for us once they realized the issue. The staff at the jewelry counter don't know what they are doing and want the sale more than a happy long term customer. Never shopping there again for jewelry.
