I was so unhappy because I have bad knees. I saw a cart took it and used it to find a cashier area to make a purchase. The lady was so sweet that I felt better about the bad experience.

And just the other day I needed to purchase a new black dress vest for my son for a school choir concert. And I was very pleasantly surprised to discover that I was able to just purchase this test online and then pick it up at the JCPenney store less than an hour later. And their website even offered carside pickup, so play children and I didn't even have to get out of the car to be able to get a dressy vest for my youngest son within an hour. Very cool. Keep up the good work JCpenney's! ; )

When he was all done I went in and the bathroom was still gross so im not exactly sure if he was actually even cleaning it.

It makes for an unpleasant visit. Everyone is asking to round up, open a card, or for a tip. Pushes people to shop online more. Also, every time I visit, there are more broken lights flashing. Place is a strobe show.

I found 2 items that totaled about $35 and even after talking to a manager they would not honor what the sign said. Get your jewelry down the hall at Lovisa!
