  If I could have given zero stars I would have . I just walked Ridgedale Mall in Minnesota .. and the lady behind the register said hello to my daughter and I and then immediately asked “what we are doing at the mall at this hour”. Keep in mind .. it’s December 6th.. it’s holiday shopping season and the mall is open later … so I paused and answered her rather strange question and told her we just got done with dinner at the Big Bowl.. .. After that I told my daughter let’s go… Customer service is terrible . And you would think that during these hard economic times we are having where retail sales are struggling ..people would be kinder and actually try and sell I will never spend a dollar there .. merry Christmas 🙏🏾🤍🙏🏾

  I want to add my review to already existing xomplaints about customer service. Male employee recommended me to come back in 3 days to do the price adjustment for products I paid a full price brcause of Black Friday. I came back with my kids. I had receipt with me. He refused to do thag because I don’t have actual products with me. But at the time of the purchase he didn’t mention anything about actual products. He even said I can remive tags and wear it. I just need to came. He made me come in 3 days and he remembered me but just rudly refuse to do that. I simply called customer service line and nice lady took care of my issue and price adjustment within 10 minutes. So rude for actual store. Should care more about customers in the store level like this.

  Super rude male employee. I accidentally spilt some of my drink and he said it gave him anxiety like geez I spilt majority of it on myself so thanks for having me feel even worse. On top of that, I came in to exchange a pair of pants for a different color but he tells me without even looking for the product that they don’t even have it. For working retail you have a really high ego but bad attitude.

  I’ve been to other locations in the area and the employees was very warm and welcoming. I visited this location since it was new to the area and had the worst experience from the manager. She offered customer service but then ended up saying afterwards, “I don’t like people hanging around”
