Where do you deliver?
Studio Emme provides delivery services to Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding suburban areas. If you're uncertain about your location, please contact us at 612-886-3774 to confirm delivery availability. Our online ordering system will also indicate if your desired delivery location is within our service area. For locations slightly beyond our standard range, we may be able to accommodate your request with a phone call.
How much is delivery?
Our delivery fees range from $5 to $35, determined by the distance from our studio and the time required to complete the delivery. The specific fee is calculated at checkout based on the delivery zip code. These fees help offset the costs of fairly compensating our drivers for their time and use of personal vehicles.
Is there an order minimum for delivery?
Yes, we require a minimum order of $50 before delivery fee and sales tax for all delivery orders. Please note that the delivery fee is an additional charge.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We do offer same-day delivery, subject to availability. For same-day service, please call our studio at 612-886-3774 to confirm availability and place your order. Please note that our Minneapolis studio is closed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, so same-day delivery is not available on these days. For orders placed on these days, please use our online system or email us at hello@studioemme.us. We typically respond to messages by Tuesday or Wednesday when we return to the studio.
Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?
We offer deliveries on Saturdays and select holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. We do not deliver on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day as we are closed. Holiday deliveries are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend ordering in advance. If our online system doesn't allow selection of a specific holiday date, it may indicate that we're not delivering on that day or have limited availability. Please call our studio at 612-886-3774 to confirm availability and place your order.
What if the recipient is not there?
Our policy is to ensure someone is present to receive the flowers. We require the recipient's phone number and will contact them to provide an approximate delivery timeframe. For apartment or condo deliveries, we'll contact the recipient upon arrival for further instructions. If the recipient is unavailable, we'll arrange an alternative delivery time. We won't leave flowers unattended unless the recipient has confirmed they're aware of the delivery and will be available shortly, or has arranged for someone else to receive them. We also won't leave flowers if the temperature is below 40F or during inclement weather.
