  I last minute realized I needed flowers quite fast for a loved one’s funeral. This was my first time, so I was clueless what to order/what I was looking for specifically. I came across a few sites but Schaaf Floral’s affordable prices and beautiful work stood out to me the most. I appreciate the fast work, professionalism, and help I received when I called them. I picked out what I felt was the most colorful and beautiful piece I could find. They not only delivered it for me in a timely manner, but also put on a wonderful display. I will definitely be contacting Schaaf Floral for other floral arrangements in the future. When I arrived to the visitation tonight, I wasn’t sure what to expect as I never order flowers. They turned out so beautiful, the colors really popped and stood out next to the others! Thank you guys again for helping me order and making my life easier. Much appreciated! See photo..

  I’m from Illinois and not familiar with the florists in the Minneapolis area. I needed to send a sympathy flower arrangement for a visitation the next day. The Schaaf employee I worked with and the owner, went above and beyond to make sure the arrangement I ordered was delivered the next day. I really cut it close with the order, but they said they’d make it happen and they did! My son and daughter in law both said the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend!!!

  On Tuesday I got a text from my college roommate with some of the scariest medical news I've ever received. She's in Minnesota, I'm in Washington state, and I felt completely helpless. Thursday morning I woke up knowing I needed to do something personal. I'm from Texas, so for me that means yellow roses. I spent over an hour reading reviews for every flower shop within 20 miles of her house that offered same-day delivery. Every single one had horror stories about wilted arrangements, wrong flowers, late deliveries. I was bracing herself for disappointment. Then, on page three of Google results, I found Schaaf Floral. The reviews were remarkable. The website was clean and easy to use. I placed my order at 8:08 AM Pacific time. My phone rang at 2:03 that afternoon. It was her, calling to say thank you. She told me the flowers were so gorgeous she had moved them into her bedroom. Her two little boys, both under ten, kept wandering in just to smell them and tell her how pretty they were. I can't put into words what that meant to me. In a season where it feels nearly impossible to order something and have it arrive on time, as described, and handled with genuine care, Schaaf Floral did all three without question. You brought a little joy into my dear friend's life on a very hard day. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

  I ordered 48 roses and forgot to call ahead to request that they not be arranged in a vase. When I arrived, I explained the situation to Katrina. She mentioned that calling ahead would have helped, but with everything I was juggling while preparing for my wife’s doctoral graduation, it simply slipped my mind. That said, the outstanding customer service at Schaaf Flora truly stood out. Katrina didn’t hesitate to step in and help resolve the issue. Within just a few minutes, she had everything taken care of, and I’m incredibly grateful for her assistance. I want to give a huge shoutout to her for going above and beyond. This wasn’t my first visit, and every time I come in, I’m warmly welcomed and feel like I get great value for my money. Please keep up the excellent work and dedication to your customers!

  I have been a Schaaf Floral customer for a few years now, and they always deliver stunning arrangements to my firend who is very picky about her flowers (she is a Master Gardener). She was thrilled with the burst of color that brightened her day!
