  I recently tried on a Lululemon jacket that had been sitting in my closet for about a month, only to find that the zipper was completely malfunctioning. When I went to return it, I expected a brand like Lululemon to stand behind their products, especially since the jacket bears their name. However, I was met with disappointment. The staff at the Minneapolis location refused to issue a refund or exchange simply because I didn't have a receipt. I believe that a receipt is not the only proof of purchase; the product itself represents their brand and quality. As a frequent shopper, I feel that Lululemon should prioritize customer satisfaction over strict adherence to policies. The woman managing the store today was particularly unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued. Additionally, I've noticed that their boxers tend to develop holes after just a month of wear, which adds to my dissatisfaction. This experience has left me with no choice but to decide against shopping at Lululemon in the future. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of support from this location.

  Friendly and convenient location! A big shout out to Sophia, who kindly guided me through a bunch of items I looked at online and made super helpful suggestions for others that I ended up loving! I have worn Lululemon for years but never really understood the differences between the fabrics, styles etc. but thanks to Sophia I tried new options I didn’t even realize were perfect for my typical workouts. Thanks again!

  I had such a horrible experience at this store. I was the only black woman in the store, and the employees there were rude and very judgy. They probably thought I was stealing due to me being a black woman. They made me feel like I didn’t belong there and when I did try to ask for help from an employee, she turned around to me and said “can’t you see that I’m on the phone” in a very condescending tone. She was tall with blonde curly hair. She also told me to shop online like as if my presence in the store is not wanted as a black woman. I’ve never felt like that my whole life, like I was beneath them because of my skin color. But after the misjudgment and disrespect I still ended up spending over $300 in the store, which by then, that’s when the cashiers wanted to be nice and friendly but it was too late. Don’t recommend

  Walked two miles to bring my daughter and needed a restroom and they had ZERO to offer. Didn’t have anything my daughter wanted in her size unless we ordered. Don’t love dogs, yet they seem to think everybody does and allows them in their store and had one bother me. Overall not a good experience.
