- JLJon LeeNov 9, 20254.0Apparently it is not a good idea to send flowers and a cupcake balloon to a girl you do not like that has an HRO... even if you label it -anonymous- because she is able to call and find out you paid for the order with the company. I never personally saw the flowers and I don't remember what they look like so I can't comment or rate things based on that. I was trying to push my way towards getting a phone call from our shared 10 year old son, on my own birthday that followed 3 days after the flower delivery. I wasn't trying to win over or schmooze a chick that I didn't and don't like. I was only trying to be generous, as the $ came from claiming our son on my return that I had just received. The pricing wasn't that bad for same day delivery with a balloon. A hundred dollar bill covered everything, besides the 6 trips to the Hennepin County courthouse. I would pick a different flower shop if I ever had to do it again but only because I accidentally selected a shop with a name similar to one of her ex boyfriends last name I found out, but that was an honest mistake. I never got my phone call from our son that I was after, and she waited 3 months to make the delivery a legal issue which is why I'm still in court for it, not because of this company doing anything. The online navigation and checkout system was made simple using my cell phones web browser. I don't recall any instructions I gave for the delivery boy to follow, but there weren't any complaints regarding delivery in the complaint memo that she filed with the police. They never called to follow up with me about anything though so I wasn't aware I upset her for a full 3 months. I labeled it -anonymous- and intentionally misspelled my name on the billing portion incase. I have no idea if the girl is allergic to balloons or what the heck upset her so much about flowers arriving at her door, but I think they should have thrown the flowers back into the delivery van along with the balloon if she was not wanting to have them. -1 star for telling on me and not telling me y'all upset her. 4 stars for doing a fine job completing what I asked them to do at a fair price without difficulty.
