I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me, but he was absolutely amazing! He took the time to walk me through every style Madewell offers, set me up in a dressing room, and gave me the kind of support you usually only get from a best friend. Shopping alone can be tough, especially when you need that second opinion, but he hyped me up, made me feel confident, and helped me find jeans that I love. Yes, they’re a bit pricey, but the quality and the level of care from employees who truly go above and beyond make them worth every penny. Honestly, the shopping experience alone made this a five-star visit!

I saw on the website that stores offer repairs and patching for well-loved jeans. Which I super appreciate because I’m a sustainable queen. (Trying to be anyway!) I went in to this store to ask about it (with my jeans in tow) and the two people working told me that program was discontinued. I don’t blame the folks who work there, they were super kind and have ALWAYS been helpful, friendly, & informative. I’m just trying to get the attention of the higher ups because I think a mending program is a great idea and I felt a little misled by the website.
