- BQBryan Quaile5 days ago1.0This place is stealing and I had to file a complaint with the BBB. I paid for an arrangement on 12/18 to be delivered on 12/19. I left a tip and requested it to be delivered in the morning if possible. On 12/19 I tried calling the establishment all day and they never answered the phone. I submitted online to cancel the order through their website and I left a phone message to cancel my order. I called my bank to cancel the transaction but it unfortunately went through. The arrangement never came and was subsequently delivered on Monday, 12/22 despite my requests to cancel. It was delivered to a closed office and was found on 12/26 disgusting and moldy. Just be advised there will be no communication with this company and you have no idea when you will get whay you paid for. I still haven't heard from the business itself, just a generic email from their corporate office that they will review it.

It didn’t arrive until today, and the product was in bad condition—the strawberries were already spoiled and the chocolate was melted. If they couldn’t deliver it on the 19th as requested, they shouldn’t have bothered delivering it today. I do not recommend buying or placing orders with this store because all that will happen is that you will lose your money.

I received a voicemail from the store at 5 p.m. stating that they didn't deliver to her city and wouldn't be able to complete the order. The following day, I received an email stating that it had been delivered. I checked with my granddaughter's mom who assured me they hadn't received anything. I don't know who they delivered it to but it wasn't who I ordered it for. I have contacted customer service and received an email stating someone would follow up in 24 hours. That hasn't happened. I have left two detailed voicemails with no response. I spent $63 for nothing and I want it back. I definitely don't recommend this location, which is a shame. I really liked the establishment until I had this experience.

I left messages with no return call and no one answered the phone throughout the ENTIRE day!!! No wounder they have a poor review record. I called another Edible location off of Lexington Ave in Roseville, MN. Even though they were further away from the delivery address, she took my order and delivered it even though it was out of there way. This location answered the phone right away. They were very professional and appologized for my experience and gave me a discount for my troubles!!!! Thankyou Roseville location.
