  Went into it knowing that framing is expensive, but be aware that I got a total of 3 prints framed, they were having a buy 2 get one free holiday sale, and I still spent $245!! Unfortunately, while staff were knowledgeable and experienced, I will not be returning because my requests weren’t all fulfilled. I explicitly asked for the Prada piece’s frame to be kept large, with a decent sized mat. They cut it down quite a bit, and it is *significantly* smaller than I expected it to be when I picked it up. The frame for the print of the mans face was also cut down vertically. I expected that none of the top would be obstructed from view since they were literally cutting it to exact size. However, as you can see, the top of the hat is covered up by the frame. Maybe others wouldn’t notice, but I personally think it’s a framers job to be extremely precise. It’s frustrating because if they’d done what I wanted, this would be 5 stars based on their unique frame selection and quality of products, but they didn’t and now I’m wishing I hadn’t spent that much money on disappointment.

  We had a great experience with this framing store about 2 years ago and came STRAIGHT back when we needed 2 more pictures framed. Super creative, helpful and friendly. Added to my review to say that the framed items that we just picked up far exceeded our expectations!!! Unbelievable!!

  Great customer service and execution. You may pay a premium over online etc, but the quality of the frames, glass and work is worth it. The employees want you to be happy and have great suggestions on what frames work for your piece.
