- NANathaniel Allenoo99Jan 3, 20265.0John is the man! Working the register in the top level at noon on 1/3/25 I bought around $600 worth of merchandise and he went the extra mile from the start. Great at multi tasking. He helped me and communicated with every customer as they walked up or by. Phenomenal communication. He explained every discount and why they were being applied. He was very careful and considerate when it came to bagging my purchase. He also related to me about the Toy Story doll I bought my son. We joked about a movie called “small soldiers” we both had watched as kids. A very genuine and memorable interaction you usually don’t get in the “real world.” To top it all off I left my receipt on the counter and John ran it to me before I could get to my car. All in all I couldn’t have been more pleased. There’s not much difference from store to store so it’s the people like John who truly make these trips stand out.

- KKkiwiSep 5, 20251.0Horrible customer service minus the salon manager. What a sweetheart. Walked in, bought shampoo. Smooth transaction, lovely conversation, all that stuff. Got a coupon. Bought a second one. Wondered if the coupon I used for the first one could stack with the one I just earned with rewards. Walked back to go ask salon manager. Older lady saw me walking by the design center asked me if I needed help. Wasn’t even going to ask her in the first place. So then I asked her the question very respectfully, and she talked to me like I was dumb. Was extremely impatient from the start. I just explained that I wondered if both coupons would work and she was obviously getting irritated at me for no reason and kept talking to me like I was 5 years old. I was very kind and patient. I left confused because I had no idea why I was treated the way I was. No reason to be rude to anyone unless they deserve it and I am always nice until someone isn’t nice to me. Obviously, because the salon manager was so sweet to me. I was set back. Horrible customer service on her part. I had every right to get irritated with her in return and talk to her like she did me, but instead I stayed calm and focused on the sweet salon manager instead. The manager didn’t look at me like I was dumb. She understood my curiosity. Almost wanted to ask what her issue was with me because I didn’t do anything to her. What a joke. Don’t ask the older lady for assistance or you’ll be visually berated while she’s assuming you’re educationally handicapped. 0 stars.
