  It is abundantly clear that Kai the manager here at this location has a mental health issue. When met with the smallest adversity she has a full mental breakdown and starts raising her voice at customers. I went in to return two shirts and originally paid cash so was hoping they would give cash on the return. She told me they ran out of cash and that maybe a location 15 miles away may have some. I said that’s fine I can go there but if she could call them to make sure they have cash that would be great. She then refused to call them three times saying how ridiculous of a request it was and how dare I ask her to do such a thing in a yelling manner with customers all around us. Embarrassed I told her it was pretty far to drive to not know that they’ll be able to accept the return. She called and they did have cash. After making a huge scene in front of 15 people she was shaking with rage and ran around the corner. Totally confused and bewildered I left. #1 a J Crew location should always have $120 in cash on hand that is rediculous. #2 I have long been a J Crew customer and have never been treated with such disrespect in any retail setting as I was by Kai. #3 she needs counseling and to be demoted. I was borderline slapped in the face while trying to make a return. Mark my words she is a liability. I will never be coming back to J Crew not that it matters to anyone haha. ✌️ Kai get some help.

  Sitting outside of the J Crew store at Fountains in Maple Grove watching at least a dozen potential customers try to open the doors. Not sure what's going on... hours on Google day they're open... But obviously not. Just a forewarning to anyone driving here just for that...

  Great place to shop for work clothing, night out and casual. The clothing is comfortable with great quality. The staff provides opinions on the pieces I've chosen. They are very knowledgeable on how to wear pieces which is something I need support with.
