  Had a really disappointing experience at the Lululemon in Maple Grove. I sent my boyfriend in to grab a few items for me, and he said the staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. They didn’t have the sizes we were looking for, and instead of trying to help or offer alternatives, they were rude and dismissive. Overall, it felt like they didn’t care to help at all. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expect, and I wouldn’t come back to this location

  I have been shopped in this location many times and service is usually "ok". But recently had the best customer service experience. I went in to exchange something that took much longer to get than planned (not the fault of the store) and do a little retail therapy hoping to grab something before a medical procedure. I went in looking specifically for something that was in stock previously (when I ordered the items that didn't work) and now happened to be sold out. I wasn't in the best mood and debated just saying forget it at this point as I was emotionally and mentally drained but Janice was very patient and helpful. I tried on another color in one of the same styles, and she tracked down and ordered another version (with a hood as the crew was sold out) of what I was looking for. I looked for other options and honestly if there was another color even in what I had wanted I loved it so much I would have bought one in store so I had it for my appointment as it was much different and cozier than the many other styles and items I have. I was also trying to get some last minute ideas for one of my daughters that decided to come with me which worked out so I could order later without ruining a surprise as Janice was not pushy. I could go on but by the time I left the store I was in a much better mood, a great mood actually. All thanks to Janice being so kind and so caring and not just treating me like another customer, just deciding to "brushing me off and ignore the lady that wasn't in a good mood that came for 1 thing that they didn't have" or being a "pushy salesman". She listened and was helpful which made my day. I am now really looking forward to my next visit and may just stop in to say Hi to Janice and see what is new! Oh and her outfit that day was amazing! My daughter got in the car and couldn't stop talking about it and wanting to try a define jacket and cardigan combo like she was wearing. She hasn't worn her define jackets in years and got donated of all but 1 of them I think. She use to wear them from Ivivva for as long as they were in business.

  Unfriendly sales associates. They act annoyed if you ask a question. I didn't buy anything

  LULULEMON APP IS SCAMMING CUSTOMERS. My lulu app was “hacked” and a gift card was purchased by someone else. I got the security email that my personal info was being edited and despite calling right away, as well as numerous times after (this lasted over 2 weeks) and providing pictures of the name and address of the change on my account, they did not refund me for the gift card that was NOT purchased by me. Likely Lulu itself made this purchase so there would be money on the Lulu account that cannot be refunded. A good scam for “store credit”.

  Great customer service and clothing! Unfortunately there's a lot of theft that they allow to happen. Hard to swallow when Im paying for my items and the store allows people to walk out with stolen items.
