- LLLaurenFeb 17, 20261.0Extremely disappointed in the quality of my Valentine’s Day arrangement. The strawberries were brown and old. It was not edible at all. I ended up throwing the tray away! What a waste of money. I’ve gotten arrangements from other locations and never had this issue.
- MGMichael G.Feb 15, 20263.0My mother in law often orders deliveries from this location for my kids birthdays. The food is always really tasty and not spoiled. I can't comment on price because it's always a gift. The delivery person has always been really friendly too. However, I have one complaint. The exterior of the containers/items always smells like smoke. For the food items, it's whatever, because the food itself has never smelled like smoke. For the balloons it's a little annoying because my kids like to bop them around and I don't want smoke particles getting around my house. But the worst was when we got a teddy bear from the location smelling of smoke. I got little kids and as little kids do, they like to put parts of stuffed animals in their mouth occassionally. Go look up "thirdhand smoke". Anyway I was able to get rid of the smell with a thorough washing. But recieving kid themed items without smoke particles on them doesn't seem like a huge ask. Perhaps transporting nonedible items that aren't as prone to movement damage in your trunk would resolve this.
