I can’t remember the names of the two managers who helped me, but those ladies absolutely understand the true meaning of great customer service. I bought a pair of Nike Air Max about 90 days ago, and they started to fall apart. When I called the store, they were willing to help right away—no hesitation. I brought the shoes back a few days later, and they did a full exchange without making any excuses or giving me a hard time. Ladies, keep up the amazing work. Thank you for understanding what real customer service is all about. I will definitely be a customer for life. Thanks again, Gary

We had the look and smell of a couple of Hobos. She treated us like royalty. We had some tall orders to fill and she took us through our long list of requirements until we were completely satisfied. Leaving she gave us the assurance that any fault or issue would be delt with swiftly and that we were to contact her or her Staff. Just the service alone was worth the trip and a return trip in the future. But the products were of the best quality also. DSW, FANTASTIC JOB in selecting your Staff. I highly recommend this Company for the Best sales, service and products.
