She was difficult to find, rude and said I’d have to wait as she had multiple other customers to help. I get retail is tough but I needed help only because of their stock policy and it was a truly standard ask. They don’t have the proper staffing and it impacts the experience.

I can’t remember the names of the two managers who helped me, but those ladies absolutely understand the true meaning of great customer service. I bought a pair of Nike Air Max about 90 days ago, and they started to fall apart. When I called the store, they were willing to help right away—no hesitation. I brought the shoes back a few days later, and they did a full exchange without making any excuses or giving me a hard time. Ladies, keep up the amazing work. Thank you for understanding what real customer service is all about. I will definitely be a customer for life. Thanks again, Gary
