During my time at your store not one employee greeted me. Even when I walked past 2 employees visiting they didn’t even look up. I was planning on buying a few pairs of shoes. I ended leaving and purchasing shoes at Schuler shoes. I will give places like this the business who see customers and take care of them.

When I asked a simple question, she responded with noticeable attitude and came across as very rude, which made the experience uncomfortable. What stood out even more was overhearing her speaking negatively about other customers to her associates. That kind of behavior feels unprofessional, especially from someone in a management position, and it doesn’t reflect well on the store’s customer service standards. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as a more respectful and positive approach would make a big difference for customers shopping at this location.

She was difficult to find, rude and said I’d have to wait as she had multiple other customers to help. I get retail is tough but I needed help only because of their stock policy and it was a truly standard ask. They don’t have the proper staffing and it impacts the experience.

Maybe just how they were made but it was super easy to walk inside and just return the shoes. The staff made it very easy, especially during the busy holiday season.
