  I can’t say enough amazing comments about Exclusively Diamonds and the ladies at the store! I have given them a couple heirloom pieces that needed work, I was so nervous to hand them over but they kindly listened to understand how important the pieces are and took considerable care of (me) and them! They also helped my Fiancé design my engagement ring which is stunning!!! I will go no where else for jewelry needs- big and small. I love going in for jewelry but also to chat to the amazing people there!

  The team at exclusively has always been so helpful, from helping my husband pick the perfect engagement ring to the perfect wedding band, we’ve always felt confident going there that we will get the best customer service and products. Everyone here has been so great to work with over the years!

  The second you walk in the atmosphere is so welcoming. I have purchased new jewelry and I have had them complete repairs on jewelry I have had for a long time. I am always amazed at the quality and care! Highly recommend Exclusively Diamonds for all of your new jewelry and repair needs!

  I brought my ring in for a specific repair: tightening the stones and adding metal to one prong. Before this repair, I had never had stones fall out. Within one week of getting my ring back, four stones fell out from the exact same areas on both sides of the band. This was not normal wear and tear. The damage occurred immediately after their work, in the precise sections that were repaired. While I was ultimately given a refund, responsibility was still shifted onto me rather than acknowledging the obvious connection between the repair and the damage that followed. Because of this experience, I no longer trust the quality of the workmanship and will have to pay another jeweler to properly assess and repair the ring. I expected accountability, care, and professional service when leaving a valuable piece of jewelry in their hands. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. I would strongly encourage anyone considering repairs on delicate jewelry, especially pavé settings, to proceed with caution.
