    I’m surprised to see negative reviews on here because I’ve had nothing but excellent service! The employees took their time with my questions and they always have a wide selection. I’ve been trying to ease off the vaping but finding low nicotine devices is hard. The employee today took his time to show me the various options and hooked me up with a vape with variable nicotine amounts. Hopefully I’ll be down to just nicotine gum and patches soon here! I’ve found that the nicotine in vapes is so high that most NRT doesn’t help. Lowering the nicotine content BEFORE using NRT was way more successful for me in the past. While I’m still a vape user, this is my go to shop.

    Went in looking for education regarding a vape, and to purchase a vape. The gentleman that helped me seemed annoyed. I explained that I’d try some vapes and they seemed harsh. I asked if there were different nicotine levels. I I said I wanted something simple. I was told nicotine levels are all the same. He sold me a vape that he said I could adjust to turn down the harshness. I tried to ask several other questions and he ignored me and went on to turn away. The vape was very harsh and could not be adjusted. My bad for not doing my homework more, but after the good reviews I’d read I was hoping for a positive experience, it was not.

    Was a regular loved the store and employees until the one day my vape was bad. Never left the store didn’t ask for another to try simply a refund. The man who works there refused to give me one because and I quote “ it’s not our fault the pen is bad you need to call loon “ rubbed me the wrong way, especially since I am a regular. I expected better service also don’t buy the LOONs if they are bad he won’t give you a refund save yourself the headache!
