  I had a bit of a crisis this past weekend when the shutter on my Sony A7III jammed right at the start of a photoshoot. I went into the shop expecting a lengthy repair process and a bill that could have reached $800 by sending it back to Sony for the repair. Instead, I had an incredible experience with the team. The owner, John, took the time to personally assess the camera and—after doing his due diligence—he was actually able to gently ease the shutter back into place. He suggested I try using the electronic "silent shutter" mode to keep things moving. After about 10 minutes of testing it out in the shop and getting a feel for the electronic settings, the mechanical shutter actually started working perfectly again on its own! Aaron was also a huge help; he had dealt with the same issue on his own A7III and made sure I was totally good to go. They provided all this diagnostic help and coaching at no cost. During our conversation, they mentioned that they don't always see a lot of younger photographers coming through the doors, but they would absolutely love it if more of the younger generation stopped by! Since they saved me so much time and money, I opted for a much-needed deep cleaning. My gear was pretty weathered from living on the Florida coast, and Aaron did a fantastic job cleaning my sensor and all of my lenses for just $75. It feels like I have a brand-new camera again. I can’t recommend John and Aaron enough—they are honest, knowledgeable, and truly care about their customers!

  Jared was absolutely amazing!! We walked in with only a general idea what we wanted and he fully walked us through the cameras and made our decision to buy so much easier! Will definitely come back again!

  I had the best shopping experience with them, especially with the help of one of their sales associates, Hussain. He was the best. I am starting this new hobby and I know nothing about camera and photography. Hussain made it easy for me to make my purchase and he helped me choose what is the best and budget friendly. This store has high credibility for cameras and photography. They’re all professionals and very accommodating. Store is nice and clean with so many options from all different cameras, lenses, and may accessories. I had a great time!
