They demonstrated amazing and exceptional customer service when I returned an item without a receipt. Both went above and beyond to help me; spending a significant amount of time to locate the item I wanted to exchange due to a defect. Gail was able to locate my receipt in their store system, which helped to establish that the item I thought had been purchased at Dunhams, actually came from a different store. At this point, both ladies continued to be absolutely wonderful, reassuring me and having an incredible sense of humor. I hope both are recognized for their exceptional customer service and expertise. Thank you for all you did and the time you spent to help me. You are GOLD!
