Clean and well laid out. Nice and roomy for walking around but not people in a human traffic jam

Not too shabby! I mean, not everything is ever going to be perfect so there’s no reason to be rude just because you are semi anonymous. So go here and see for yourself if you like it. Sometimes we have bad days and shouldn’t try to close a business because of a small snafu. I mean, I could be super specific and tell you who I worked with and what great service I had, or what wonderful food I was able to have, but that stuff changes day-to-day and we all need to realize that and stop being so snarky to people simply because we have the power to do so with a super computer in our hand. That’s why I am making sure to leave good reviews on places so that the world can maybe be a nicer place. We all need it.

Expensive, luxury stores are offered here but the Second Floor Dining Pavillion only includes low budget Panda Express, Cielita Linda and Zaffron Kitchen. I don’t know many people shopping for Rolex watches from Switzerland who enjoy cheap Asian, Mexican or Middle Eastern fast food. Plan to walk a mile to find a restroom buried in the basement.

This mall has recently gotten a glow up! I went this month (Nov 2025) and there are a ton of new stores (Athleta, Madewell, Lululemon) and they have definitely cleaned things up nicely. I remember coming a few years ago and the vibes were kinda odd and there weren’t a lot of stores…it was pretty creepy. Whatever they’re doing is working - the Aritzia had just opened and the dressing rooms are gorgeous. Didn’t get to check out the food court but did grab some sushi from the to go area at the Kowalskis which is also quite nice. Will def be back!

I'm a regular at this mall, visiting daily for my morning walks, and I have to commend the hardworking cleaning staff, particularly a new team member a young lady who's been doing an excellent job keeping the premises clean. However, my admiration turned to shock and disgust yesterday when I witnessed a disturbing incident. A tall man, presumably her manager, approached her and yelled, "What's wrong with you?" while she was working. Apparently, he was upset because she hadn't responded to his walkie-talkie calls, but she tried to explain that she was having issues with the device. What struck me was her visible embarrassment and distress as she was berated in front of onlookers, including myself. I was appalled by the manager's behavior and couldn't help but wonder why he spoke to her in such a manner. As a parent, I would've been furious if someone spoke to my child like that. I urge the management to address this unacceptable behavior and ensure that employees are treated with respect and dignity. The young lady deserves appreciation for her hard work, not verbal abuse. I hope she receives the support she needs, and I wish her all the best.
