    TLDR; this Lululemon location provides the best customer service in the twin cities. Ann is an outstanding store manager and her team is equally as amazing. This will be my go to Lulu store from now on! I recently purchased 2 pairs of ABC pants on sale for Black Friday that I ended up exchanging for different sizes at another twin cities store. There was confusion with the return and I ended up being charged the difference between the full price and the marked down price. A couple weeks later, I went to the 50th and France store to return another item and brought up this situation to the store manager, Ann, just to see if there is anything she could do. Ann offered to take back the pants from the exchange at the other store, order the pants I initially purchased Black Friday in the correct size, and refund me what the other store charged me. Can’t say enough good things about the experience I had, 10/10!

    I normally don’t do these type of reviews but when you have as good as an experience as I had it’s impossible not to. The customer service was unmatched. Ann is a top 2 employee in the nation and she’s not 2. It would not surprise me at all if corporate calls and promotes her straight to CEO. I know I would. She truly cares about the customer and their unique needs and concerns. If Ann no longer has any fans / supporters in this world it will mean that I have passed away. Thank you for making my time at Lulu great.

    I hope this review finds the two great staff members that helped me pick out the perfect purse. I was at the 50th and France LouLou location in Edina MN. Haley and Jorren are both very kind , sweet and gave me great product information. I will be back and thankful for their great customer service.
