  Went here just before the holidays looking for a gift and it took forever to get assistance. The employees seemed really crabby and uninterested in helping their customers. Not very encouraging when I’m trying to drop $2500, the customer service should be better!!

  My Mom and I went to this store to look for a smaller bag for her and look at fixing a repair for her first Louis Vuitton. Firstly, the make you wait in line to even get into the store. They take your information and you wait. Once they let you in the store you are still waiting to be helped. We waited 20 minutes till a rep helped us. They couldn’t do the repair and frankly they were rude about it. These are luxury bags and aren’t cheap. They should be able to repair things and also not charge an arm and a leg for it. The previous LV store in the galleria made it a better experience buying a 4k bag. It should be a curated experince for a guest that’s dropping thousands on a bag. No water offered no champagne like they used to. Therefore we left and bought a Gucci bag. Much better experience and treated SO much better.

  I’ve purchased a few items from LV over the years, mostly on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills where the customer service is bar none. Yesterday, I decided to check out the newest location at Southdale Center and while the store was beautiful and on brand for LV - the customer service fell very, very short. Whomever they hired to manage the line out front was by far one of the most rude experiences I’ve had at a luxury store. When asked what my intention was as if I needed some magical password to enter the store he proceeded to tell me I can “browse” but there is 12 people in front of me if I decide to “buy” anything. He looked at me and spoke to me as if he knew my finances and or thought I could not afford the products within the store. Due to this initial interaction, I was overall displeased with my visit to the store and will not return. I will, however, continue to shop at the luxury stores where I am treated with human decency and without judgement.

  Love the new locations!! Very big, beautiful and fun to walking in. I have the very good experience with Abby. She is professional and kind. She treat me and my fiancée very kind. She very attentive to her job and knew how to treat customers right. Any next visit to the store I will be go to her. This is the time for shopping Christmas gift 🎁 I just want to make sure I gave flowers that Abby deserves. Thank you Abbey.

  I just want to say shoutout to V! (Viola) she was beyond pleasant. This was my sisters and I first .. yes 1st Louis Vuitton experience and it was a 10/10. The greeter and I’m ashamed I don’t know her name but she had dark hair , bronzed complexion and some what tall was also great too! Thank you for your mannerism and conversation, we really do appreciate it. Til’ next time ❤️
