  My husband and I made a visit to LV at Southdale Center and had a wonderful experience. Viola was such a treat to work with. She showed so much care and kindness towards us. She did not push us to buy more than what we were looking for, yet she made sure we purchased items that we would absolutely enjoy. She was able to assist my husband with an LV wallet that suits his personality. Viola also helped me find the perfect day to day purse, the Liv Pochette in the black monogram empreinte leather. I am OBSESSED with my new bag. We will be going to Viola for all future LV purchases. Thank you, Viola!! 😊💕

  Lackluster. I went into this location yesterday to pick up my order I placed online. I enthusiastically walked in and was greeted by a tall woman with brown hair. The store was dead and as soon as I told her I was there to pick up an online purchase/ I would not be giving her commission— she instantaneously became disinterested, turned her back to me and asked me to wait with an attitude. She instantly deflated my excitement. Mind you, she wasn’t helping anyone. She grabbed someone else to hand me my $5k order and didn’t as much as offer me a beverage. I have purchased high end products at other brands and have been offered a beverage as soon as the sales associate confirms I’m a paying customer. Once I was handed my bag, the other sales associate was much kinder, but didn’t insist on checking if my bag had any flaws like they normally have in the past. Only to check to see that each accessory was in the order. I’ve heard this treatment happens a lot at this location. This location is a terrible representation of the brand. I’m very pleased knowing I didn’t give commission to any of these associates.

  New store is beautiful! Had to wait in a line outside of the store which is very like Paris not fun but worth it to us . Staff was accommodating and we had champagne. Mat and Mahleigha were informative and we bought a new bag and scarf

  We were in your store around 3:00 on Wed., Feb. 25th. The experience could have been so much better had a different person been helping us. She was way too much, really didn’t listen, and said, “ my dear” a dozen times. All she wanted was a sale. I did find a purse I liked, but the zipper did not work very well which I’ve never seen on a Louis Vuitton handbag before. She said she could go in the back and do something about it and I said, “no, I’m not taking a bag with a bad zipper.” Who would?

  Visited the store on 2/21, worse experience ever. Waited in the que to talk to an S.A. The store was fairly busy which is understanding since it was a weekend. Asked to see several bags to decided which one I wanted. The SA stop helping me several times to help other clients. She didn’t say excuse me or pardon I have to step away or anything. I was there to buy a bag and was looking forward to the experience. Now since the location has switch the service has went down hill. They treated me as a number not like a client willing to spend thousands of dollars. I looked around at others SA there offering water, and champagne. I wasn’t offer anything. I will not even waste my time coming back to this store nor recommend it to anyone. I see from the reviews this is a common experience from here. It’s the only store in Minnesota. Louis Vuitton seriously need to do better or sales will continue to suffer.
