  I’ve been a loyal Louis Vuitton customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars at the Edina location, but my recent experience was really disappointing. I brought in my LV key holder that has visible cracks, expecting the level of service that matches the brand’s reputation and price point. Instead, I was told there was “nothing she could do,” with no real effort to offer a solution, repair option, or even empathy. For a luxury brand that prides itself on craftsmanship and customer care, this is not the kind of response I expected. Quality issues happen, but it’s how a company chooses to handle them that really matters. Unfortunately, this interaction made me feel like my loyalty and investment in the brand didn’t matter. I hope Louis Vuitton Edina reevaluates how they address product concerns, especially from customers who have supported them time and time again. Stay away from Becky at the Edina location. She’s an incompetent rude human being that doesn’t know how to do her job. However, Chris was amazing!

  Poor service. I went into the store this afternoon to purchase a handbag; however, no one assisted me nor greeted me. I even asked an associate if he could either help me or get someone to help me after standing around for 10 minutes at the front. He responded with, “someone else can help you, it’ll be just a minute.” He never went to get anyone else. After another 5 minutes later, I decided to leave. My money is better elsewhere.

  My son's and I went there since they wanted to try their fragrances. They were friendly and professional. I didn't know what to expect at this high end store, but I was pleasantly surprised that they were helpful and willing to answer my son's questions.

  My wife and I enjoyed the visit to the Louis Vuitton Southdale Mall. We worked with two exceptional SA's Drew and Robin. We purchased a few items, perfumes and cologne and a bandeau. And made an order for an item to be delivered. Service was excellent, my wife and I will return to Minneapolis and shop here again. As visitors of the state, it was refreshing to see such a polite culture of people.
