- JKJessica KransJul 31, 20251.0Yikes! Got harassed and chased around store as I shopped. I was pairing the jeans I wanted with a shirt when they were yanked right off my arm with no ask. I already had a pair in another color so didn’t need to try them on, just needed to pair with the new shirt I was going to get but that doesn’t work for this store sadly. The female worker snatched my things away and said they’d be at the counter if I wanted them. Not sure if it was new staff or what but it seemed like I was being profiled. I left after that because it’s a pretty lousy rude way to treat a loyal customer, like they were a criminal. I held a new bra, what was to be my new jeans, and just wanted a new top to pair with them. They could have had fun helping me find the perfect look to go with them but instead yanked my things from my arm without asking. Very Disappointing, bad customer service. Do better, Lane Bryant Edina! Walked out. Wouldn’t you have? Wow!
