- DRDane Rauschenberg2 days ago5.0Not too shabby! I mean, not everything is ever going to be perfect so there’s no reason to be rude just because you are semi anonymous. So go here and see for yourself if you like it. Sometimes we have bad days and shouldn’t try to close a business because of a small snafu. I mean, I could be super specific and tell you who I worked with and what great service I had, or what wonderful food I was able to have, but that stuff changes day-to-day and we all need to realize that and stop being so snarky to people simply because we have the power to do so with a super computer in our hand. That’s why I am making sure to leave good reviews on places so that the world can maybe be a nicer place. We all need it.

When I asked about a price match, the associate was visibly annoyed and falsely claimed it couldn’t be done until the item shipped. I later got it resolved through customer service before shipping. The staff here are rude and unhelpful. If I had listened to them, I would have missed the better price because the online price changed the day my item shipped.

Returned one that went to j crew factory, guy gave me store credit which I was fine with, told me the regular j crew would do the same with the other shirt..it’s a 30 minute drive to the mall. The lady put the money back on my card, but not before shaming me for bringing it back and telling me it was “so long” ago.. we usually would never do this, but I guess… like don’t do it, if you are going to be so rude about it. Have policies across the board at all your stores or don’t!!
