I am a Cole Haan fan and have been for many years; however, if I was treated in the same way I was treated in this store yesterday, I would never purchase Cole Haan again based on my experience. Thankfully, I have other options to find my favorite shoe, but based on the customer service level I experienced yesterday (or lack thereof), I have no intention of visiting this location EVER again. To those working the store, if you don't wish to acknowledge your customers, perhaps you should consider another occupation. Your level of service directly correlates to your customer's willingness to buy your product. Worst customer experience I have had in a VERY long time. Again, similar sentiment to Proverbs. Cole Haan, you can do better.

Customer service is a key variable to most, if not all retail businesses and if a business lacks good customer service, no matter how good their product may be, customers will pay more and will go buy from a competitor; simply because of how they are treated. Unacceptable Cole Haan. Please do better.
