I’ve had a great experience with everyone I had contact with, both times I’ve been to the store. Once about six months ago, once today. Everyone was so helpful, I think it was Robin — I had a picture of an item that I wanted, and she hunted until she found it for me. 🥰 def will come back when I need to refresh my Alo stock again! 😍

Do NOT buy the $178 yoga bag from ALO. The zipper broke after 16 months and they wouldn’t exchange or credit me. Ridiculous since my Lululemon bag that I had before never failed me for 10 years! They don’t stand behind their products for quality issues, they just send you to the toll free number which was a long wait and of no help.

First time shopping at ALO for my birthday. Staff was very welcoming and educated on their products . I have not experienced that high level of customer service in so long . Who ever is managing that team is doing such a great job I can tell all of the employees are happy and excited to be at work. Thank you ALO TEAM !

Love the logo—truly doing all the heavy lifting here. Unfortunately, the product itself feels like it took a wrong turn through the Walmart clearance aisle. The staff? Let’s just say smiling must be optional, and helping customers seems… ambitious. The whole experience felt less like shopping and more like being gently escorted toward the exit. Exchanges? Don’t bother. At that point, you’re better off heading to Lululemon or Aritzia, where the quality is higher and the humans are noticeably friendlier
