Your customers bully people and it isn’t very nice. I was wearing Christmas pajamas to shields one day and these girls were bullying me and they got their mom in it so ban shields. #IHateMyLife.#1TimeForEverything

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Experience at Scheels Eden Prairie
I went to Scheels in Eden Prairie to buy an HK rifle, and I have to say the experience was outstanding. Matt from the firearms department went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He helped advise me on the best setup for my rifle, installed the light and grip for me, and made sure everything was perfect before I left.
These guys are operating on a whole different level—far beyond what you get from a typical salesperson. I used to be a Cabela’s shopper, but after this experience, Scheels has officially become my go-to store. Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional.
Huge thank you again to Matt. If you’re shopping for firearms or gear, I can’t recommend Scheels enough—ask for Matt when you go!

Well I am pretty disappointed with the archery department I guess it was somewhat my fault I was talking with another member of scheels really nice guy about hunting and bows a came in to get a hoyt lefty hand rx9 Ultra I spent quite alot and they offered to set up the bow well after talking for over 45 min the kid working on my bow installed a rest and peep the other gentlemen asked the kids multiple times to but on the quiver and pick sticks nearly an hour had gone by at this point the kid finally gets the other two pieces on the bow incorrectly I mite add and the peep is also wrong and the timing is off alittle on the rest as well I was in a bit of a rush at this point(an 1 1/2 later) get it payed for and grab some food get back to my place and discover the peep is twisted the quick sticks are loose and missing the bolt altogether for the tilt lock, rest out of time all they had to do was a rest timing vary simple on a qad mx2 and a peep thats it and they never bothered to put the plug in the burger hole either not a concern really but the work done was completely unacceptable I spend alot of money with this company and completely disgusted with the work preformed on my $2000+ bow. Train your bow techs or get rid of them!!!! Do better!I will be following up with a phone call as well

Love Scheels in general but after our experience today in the home goods/holiday area upstairs I can’t say I’d ever go back to that section during the fall/holiday season. Whatever blonde lady working in that area came up and scolded my older mother for checking an unlocked/unmarked cabinet for a small size candle and the attitude she gave us was uncalled for (which is fine to tell a customer not to open a cabinet but we genuinely didn’t know we couldn’t open an unlocked and fully un-noted cabinet holding all of the candles in the store). This lady proceeded to scold my mother, boyfriend, and I like we were children or thieves or something in front of other customers and told us no less than five times not to look in the cabinet (without offering any further help to our question), and then further scolded my mom when she was standing alone by saying she should “really ask for help next time” when this associate wasn’t anywhere in sight in a sea of customers before randomly popping out of nowhere with an attitude. The associate still didn’t answer our question until finally we were all very visibly annoyed with her attitude and walking away from her and then she told us to go check online. Telling us one *polite* time that we shouldn’t check an unmarked cabinet used as a candle display for the item we are looking for (put a note on the cabinet or lock it if you don’t want a customer looking for the item they want on a display) is perfectly acceptable but drilling us with attitude and a snarky tone like we just broke into a freaking museum or something was so ridiculous. The store was PACKED and it’s not clear who even works in this area, she looked like a regular old Karen in street clothes with a bad attitude and a barely visible Scheels name tag. Not a fan, wouldn’t do my holiday shopping in this area since it wasn’t stocked well in the first place and I never want to be hounded til the point I want to want to walk away and leave again. Honest mistake on our part and we fully apologized but the associate could’ve handled it a million times better than being openly rude to an unassuming customer multiple times.
