- RHRoss Hoffman1 day ago5.0We went to the Eden Praire Scheels to look at electric tricycles. We got outstanding service from Dalton in the bike department! He was sooooo helpful! An electric trike is a somewhat complicated bike but he explained all the features very clearly. The battery needed recharging which he patiently did for us. During the wait for charging, he helped me take the bike out to my car, folded the trike up, and put it in the vehicle cargo space. I wasn't even sure it would fit. Finally, he took us outside for a test ride and helped explain features we had questions on. First rate service from Dalton! Thanks!
- SSSEP6 days ago1.0WARNING: Documented Deception and "Arbitrary" Business Practices. Shoppers beware: SCHEELS’ commitment to integrity is a facade. I have attached proof (Image 1) of an agent using a blatant lie, claiming a lack of BBB accreditation means a store isn't an "authorized dealer”, to deny a price match. When called out, they admitted it was just "in their eyes" (Image 2). Most shockingly, a Store Manager later admitted in writing that their process was "ARBITRARY AND CONTRADICTORY" (Image 3). If management admits their standards are arbitrary, you cannot trust the honesty of the service here. I am posting this so others aren't misled by these deceptive tactics.

I come back to Scheels anytime I need help with alterations on any of my clothes. Her attitude, knowledge, experience, and professionalism is truly a blessing for anyone that she helps. She goes above, and beyond every time I stop in, and I could not be more happy (most recent visit was getting my tuxedo altered).

A friend at work told me about it, and it sounded really interesting, and I am so glad that I made the journey over to see it for myself. This place literally has something for everyone, and is a really cool layout too. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The store was super organized and clean...and people brought their dogs!!! Super cool!!! I will definitely be coming back here again for sure!!
