  This originally was a great experience! I found the salespeople to be attentive and answered the questions I had. I decided to pick up my dryer myself and that whole process was very smooth. The problem came later. Due to my laundry room being remodeled, I was not able to use my dryer until 21 days after purchase. The first time that I used it, a grinding sound came from the back of the drum. I immediately stopped the cycle. I contacted Best Buy customer support the next day and they said there’s nothing they can do because it’s 14 days past the purchase date unless I want to purchase a plan. 3 weeks from purchase and Best Buy doesn’t stand by their products. I was told by the salesman that the products were backed for 1 year AND that all the products were tested before they went to the outlet floor. Clearly he was misinformed or just straight lied to me. I now have 2 toddlers and no dryer. Money is tight, hence why I went to the outlet. And Best Buy still stole money from me. I am a proud Minnesotan, and always support MN companies first. That being said, I will never spend one more dollar at Best Buy. Clearly they have no ethics and don’t care that they ripped off a working class family.

  Man, we always get great service at this store. Hunter usually helps us and is so thorough and helpful, we always appreciate the amazing service. But let me tell you what a rockstar Emma is… She went above and beyond looking up old info, helping us find a way better replacement TV, super thorough inspections, heard us out on an issue we were having with my iPad, gave us even more helpful info on IPads and found us a a better one, she went above and beyond on the whole transaction and making sure we got what works best for us. Then when we had to wait a few minutes for the computer, we have a great conversation with her. This store just never disappoints, and Emma made it even better today!!!!

  Although I didnt purchase anything this time I saw many great deals! I have purchased from here before and had previous good experiences as well. I was not crowded by sales team with hidden agendas. There is a good variety of appliances and I highly recommend checking this place out if you dont mind getting a good deal for typically minor damage. The few team members that I interacted with were very friendly and were very helpful. The team members all seemed to be working and not just standing around chit chatting with each other. All in all, I will return and I will recommend to people.

  This was my 4th purchase at this location and for the first time things didn't go seamlessly. BUT - things happen - it's HOW they are handled when they do that counts! Aiden from this location was so professional, polite and I had no doubt his only goal was to fix my problem and not make it difficult for me! That is RARE these days - and I couldn't feel more valued as a customer and taken care of! 24 hours later - everything was addressed and I was kept in the loop through the entire process! A one of a kind experience and grateful for the service I received! Thanks!!
