  Haven't been in one of these stores in many years, but their jeans have positive reviews and are priced nicely. I thought the staff was really nice, the lady that greeted me, the guy helping at the checkout and the lady in the changing rooms.

  I went in on Black Friday, and I was blown away. Despite being very busy, the store was impeccable. The staff was stocking items as they were being sold, and the ladies manning the fitting room were pleasant. The check out line was moving, and the girl who waited in me was friendly and helpful. I would like to give a special shout-out to Marina. She helped me find what I was looking for right away, and helped me find the correct size. Marina was pleasant, friendly, professional, and working very hard. Marina deserves a 10-star review. I WILL be back to this store!

  Awful location. Skip it. They don't care about online pick up. Rosedale was top notch and got it done in 20 minutes. This place will just ignore anything in store. Go to Rosedale or MOA.

  The man who always wears the black pleather jacket and big glasses with a hat is always so incredibly unpleasant. Every single time. I was the only person in the store, 3 people working. He acts like I’m wasting his time checking out or making a return. He rushes me (like he’s in an hurry but he’s not) and acts like I’m a bother. After I picked up my in-store pickup order he quickly handed me the bag looked away and was able to let out the fastest “thanks” I have ever heard. I should also note that when I entered the store and he was at the front 2 feet away he didn’t look or acknowledge me. I get uncomfortable immediately upon seeing him once I enter the store. Your time isn’t more important than everyone else’s. You’re not more important than everyone else. How is someone like this still working there? Also, why does it take me calling 2 times to find out the status of my in-store pickup order? I placed an order and the email said it would be ready in 2 hours. Never received an email saying it was ready. Called the next day and a woman said it will be ready in an hour and I will get an email. Never got an email. HAD TO CALL A SECOND TIME🤦🏻‍♀️
