It's a dang wind tunnel everytime I go! The directory is confusing. I like the shops! Coach, Kate Spade, Nike, Puma, Colombia, Adidas.

I was not expecting this to be an outdoor mall, so my time spent there was brief. Lots of decent shops, another anchor type store would be a nice addition. Plenty of parking

Me and my husband always stop by here when we ge the chance. It’s a local gem in the community. So many options for clothing Other places don’t really have the options they do here. Bringing my granddaughter here is always a treat. She loves the ice cream place. Bathrooms need some work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Twin Cities premium outlet is one of many of my client’s favorite places to shop South of the river. It's an interesting concept because it's an outdoor mall where every single business has its own entrance. During the summer it's bustling with activity because there's a lot of kiosk vendors that are not there in the winter. It's only about 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis or Saint Paul and only 10 minutes from the Mall of America and the Minneapolis Saint Paul airport. The stores are all very clean and well-kept with premier brands and bargain prices on some of your favorite manufacturers like Adidas, Nike, Michael Kors, Polo, Saks 5th Ave. Crocs, and Tommy Hilfiger to name a few. Like most of these outlet malls, its clothing, shoes and accessories. They also have a few food vendors, clean bathrooms and a lot of parking. You can even get there by bus, so they give you lots of options. One of the big advantages is the location. So many of these malls that have been popping up in many cities are considerably farther out. If you want to visit the Albertville mall, that's a good 45-minute drive from Eagan. The mall attracts people from all over the metro area because of the convenience. It's the biggest and best outlet mall in the Twin Cities metro area. My clients seem to really like shopping there because they always find great deals on different items and they like it because it's quicker to get in and out of than if you go to the Mall of America which requires a lot more walking not only from the parking into the mall itself but it's so huge that it's overwhelming at times period whereas the Twin Cities premium outlet has a about 100 or more stores and it's a very specific clothing type of outlet mall. It's located in the city of Eagan which is a transitional suburb. Meaning a lot of people move in and out of Eagan because of its proximity to large companies in the Minneapolis Saint Paul metro area as well as being close to the airport and Mall of America. The school district is high rated and it's almost its own city with how many restaurants, shopping, parks, hospitals and everything else the city has to offer. You don't have to go far to find everything that you need. If you're thinking about selling your home or buying a home and moving to Eagan, please reach out and I'll be happy to answer any real estate questions that you have
