I highly recommend this service center. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Quick appointments, whether for a calibration or minor car service (such as an oil change). Erica and Carol do their best to help make your experience a good one.

The front desk lady that has gray hair and a permanent frown on her face has no customer service whatsoever. She is very rude, She gets overwhelmed and throws her headset off her, she does not explain anything she's doing and then treats you like your stupid when you don't understand, and always has a horrible attitude and complains. Also, she did my setup paperwork and didn't put in the computer that I didn't want the protection plan so I got overcharged $30 a month for 3 months I told her the way she she was talking to me was very rude and disrespectful and she said " well I don't think so and that's just a matter of opinion and continued being nasty. I will not recommend this place to anybody. I am going to switch to a different location just so she does not have the opportunity to ruin my day again.
