  Sold me a shoe with a hole in the sole and refused to work with me for a replacement beyond a 10% discount on another pair because I had worn the shoes outside. I understand I should inspect the shoes for damage myself in the future but thought it would be safe to assume the store would also do their due diligence in checking for such major damage. Bummer to find out on the first rainy day of the season that I am out and about. I will pay a bit extra and shop elsewhere now.

  The cashier was extremely pushy to get me signed up for rewards. She asked for my information multiple times and then tried to get my friend to sign up for me. She would not take no for an answer and even told me she would not be able to complete the sale without my phone number. After refusing several times, she said "well that's dumb".

  This is the best shoe store. Sadly there aren't many shoe stores left in the others are under par and overpriced.

  Great DSW location. Superb employees and wildly good selection of shoes, sandles, socks and footwear to choose from. The deals are good if you find them. Employees are very nice and helpful! Was easy to find shoes and employees were helpful with questions as well. Parking is shared with other businesses in the area but easy to walk to.
