Employee was leaning on the counter talking to another mall employee about some wi-fi and scanning problem they had had, right next to the sunglasses I wanted. Couldn’t bother to move or acknowledge I was even there. Tried to look around them for 5 minutes or so, then left when it was clear I was an obstacle to their conversation. Pathetic service.

- BNB NApr 28, 20201.0This is of no reflection of the Duluth Sunglass Hut store as i ordered online. Of course, there is no where to leave a review for their website. I ordered a pair of sunglasses online on the Sunglass Hut website. After waiting two weeks to receive my order, i once again checked the UPS tracking to see where it was. I saw that the package was returned to the sender. After waiting on hold for an hour and not receiving an email back from Sunglass Hut i was told by a rep to call UPS because they didn't know why they were returned to sender. UPS told me that the sender, Sunglass Hut, did not correctly label the package as in they didn't even put my address on the package!! Sunglass Hut received the glasses 7 days ago and i still have not received my refund. Save yourself a lot of hassle and just pay the extra money to buy sunglasses directly from the designer. Sunglass Hut provided the WORST customer service i have ever encountered... and i worked in customer service for years so i'm not "one of those people".
