  Terrible service, tags and clothing all over the place. And the workers have no idea how to do their job. Wouldn’t accept a return of shoes brought a day after I brought them but online the return got approved?

  Although im sure the stylist who did my hair is very sweet outside of work, I dont have to say that it was one of the most unprofessional experiences at a hair salon that I've ever had. I scheduled for a simple wash and style. online it had said it would be 35 dollars for a wash and style, although at check out I paid $62 including a $10 tip. I left feeling so incredibly insecure after my visit. I asked the stylist for a looser curl in which she had responded with basically a simple "trust the process". she didn't use any heat protectant, but then proceeded to tell me my hair is "straw like". I dont know if it was the products or lack of products that she used, but I have never once been told that my hair feels straw like, I've only been told that its "a little dry due to heat styling". and while she was curling my hair she curled the right side of my hair away from my face, and proceeded to do the left side of my head, towards my face. with bouncy tight curls (which does not do my round face justice). I was also very disappointed with the unprofessional conversations that were had during my visit.

  got chased out of the store into the parking lot by an AP associate named Sam. He chased two young girls into the parking lot and was incredibly rude when we told him we were scared of him. he said we were stealing because the alarm went off, even though the cashier checked our bags from victoria’s secret and said we were good to leave. he caused a scene in Maurice’s yelling at us. insane behavior and not acceptable.

  I saw an outfit on the JC Penny Facebook ad. I went to the Duluth store to get it, couldn't find my size. A young man at the register helped me find it, he was wonderful!! I didn't get his name, but the receipt says Assoc #0715. It was 9/5, at 3:42 p.m. He gets a huge shout-out!!

  I can’t say enough praises for my stylist, Marissa. She is the ONLY person I would go to for a haircut or hair color. She is so upbeat, friendly, customer oriented, professional and always does such a wonderful job at the cut, color and style. She knows my hair better than I do!!
