- PEPenny EricksonJan 30, 20191.0I went in yesterday 1/29/19 at 3:30 PM and there were two woman working and I was looking for a pair of dress pants because I have a funeral to go to on Friday my Dear Aunt that is even my God Mother past away last Wednesday and this Aunt is even my 2nd Mom. So when I was in one lady said do you need a fitting room and I said yes please and in a rude way she said we are closing at 4:00 pm due to cold weather so you need to hurry up. If it was not for my Aunts funeral on Friday I would of just walked out without dress pants. I was even looking for a sweater because the dress shirt I have is for spring and I just wanted a sweater without buttons and the woman there where not going to let me look. I usually order on line and pick up because the workers at this store are rude all the time. But unfortunately I could not do this because I needed the dress pants for Friday. Some are probably wondering why I waited well I have dress pants and when I tried them on the other day they were to big for me. I lost weight. I guess now on if I need pants or shirts and I don't have time to order on line I will be going somewhere else like Drass Barn or Kohls even JcPenneys that is over on Riverdale. No more shopping at LaneBryant only on line at LaneBryant. I'm not thrilled with your customer service at all and how you treat some customers I'm surprised you even have a job.
