- JAJose AyalaFeb 7, 20261.0We came into DXL looking for specific items and were greeted initially, but after explaining what we needed, the associate did not offer any help. Meanwhile, two other customers were assisted promptly and attentively. After they left, we were not approached again and instead felt watched in an uncomfortable way. The difference in service was noticeable, and it left me feeling racially profiled. No customer should feel that way in a retail store. I hope this location takes inclusivity and customer service more seriously moving forward.
