  They locked me out over charged me and can’t get ahold of anyone there service is the worst left vehicle on side of road and had to pay my own tow worst company to use for inter lock look else where

  Do not use this location, Columbia Heights, for calibrations, or for any Smart Start related services. Online their hours are until 5pm, but they often leave at 2pm. They have charged me for the monthly lease during standard calibration on a Saturday when they are only supposed to charge the $40 Saturday service fee, and I was not overdue, or even DUE for the monthly lease fee. Not only did they charge me for the monthly lease when not due, but they did not post it to my account until I had to call them to post it. PLEASE, use another location, I recommend the Rogers location.

  Don't take appointments for monthly service, wait time 2hrs plus every time

  Horrible wait time. 2.5hr wait everytime you go in.
